Hear Why Cast of ‘Get Out’ Has A Lot To Celebrate At Premiere

The cast of ‘Get Out’ has a lot to celebrate.

First off, it’s Jordan Peele’s Directorial debut, as well as his first film outside the pure comedy genre. It’s also Girls star Allison William’s first full-length film.

Oh yeah, critics love the movie so far. Currently, the film sits at 100 % Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. As much as I love horror and comedies, normally they don’t sit well with critics. Reviewers are saying that besides this being an actually good horror/comedy, the film resonates because it deals with a subject that most stay away from, race.

The film had a surprise showing at the Sundance Film Festival, but most of the cast couldn’t actually be there to see if people enjoyed it. In the above interview, hear from Allison WilliamsDaniel Kaluuya, the hilarious Lil Rel Howery, Producer Jason Blum and Director Jordan Peele about their reactions to the film, as well as why Jordan working in horror makes so much sense.

Get Out releases tomorrow, February 24, 2017.
