The bloodiest hand of all is that of abandoned dreams. And the darkest shadow…that of a broken heart. Something to think about.
This new image from behind the scenes of Dark Shadows (don’t look if you want to preserve the reality!) depicts director Tim Burton and his omnistar Johnny Depp communicating the intricacies of Depp’s character, Barnabas Collins—an 18th century aristocrat turned into a vampire after spurning a lovestruck witch (Eva Green) and buried underground only to resurface, two centuries later, to find that his family’s estate is in the hands of their dysfunctional heirs (the family includes Michelle Pfeiffer, Chloe Moretz and Helena Bonham Carter, among others).
