Mattel Toy Turned TV Show Goes Live Action In ‘Max Steel’ Trailer


There’s no doubt you’ve played with a Mattel toy at some point in your life. The toy company is responsible for products ranging from Barbie to Hotwheels.

Now their action figure turned tv series is getting a live action film. Max (Benjamin Winchell) is a high school student who just moved to a new town, where everyone knows who he is because of his father. His father was a famous scientist and Dr. Miles Edwards (Andy Garcia) knows him for some reason. That’s when Max starts developing powers and gains a new friend. Steel is a robot who is there to help Max with his new powers, and form Max Steel. As Max Steel he must battle an alien menace and learn about the past.


Max Steel releases October 21, 2016.
