‘Rock of Ages’ Finds a Mayor in Bryan Cranston

Bryan CranstonBryan Cranston is going from meth to the mayor’s mansion. The Breaking Bad star is the latest actor to sign on for Adam Shankman’s big screen adaptation of the Broadway hit, Rock of Ages, and he’ll be playing L.A.’s mayor. It seems a little to straight-forward for a man we knew as the crazy father on Malcolm in the Middle before he became the toast of the small screen as a meth-brewing chemistry teacher on the hit AMC series.

Cranston joins Hollywood heavyweights like Tom Cruise, Russell Brand, Catherine Zeta Jones and Alec Baldwin in the star-filled cast.
