When given horrible news you have two options; take it, or do something.
That’s what the Directorial Debut of Andy Serkis ‘Breathe’ is about. In the based on a true story, Robin Cavendish (Andrew Garfield) meets the love of his life Diana (Claire Foy) and is then given a horrible diagnosis. He has Polio and is destined to be paralyzed in a hospital for the rest of his life on a respirator. The Cavendish’s want Robin to leave the hospital to try to have as normal of a life as possible, something that not only has never been attempted but is given a shorter life span. They do so, and everything is better for Robin, and he develops a wheelchair that gives him mobility like never imagined.
