In 1952 the men of the coast guard that ‘The Finest Hours’ is based on risked their lives inorder to save a doomed oil tanker. In 2016 Walt Disney wanted to honor those men by making a film about them. Chris Pine, Casey Affleck, Eric Bana, and Holliday Grainger premiered ‘The Finest Hours’ for fans and members of the Coast Guard.
The Finest Hours comes out Friday January 29, 2016.
