Top Netflix film series to end in 2021 as streaming service rolls out red carpet to top movies

Hit Netflix film franchises The Kissing Booth and To All The Boys will end with third movies, airing later this year.

The Kissing Booth 3 and To All the Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean, will be the last movies in the series for both, according to Variety.

The news comes as Netflix bosses announce plans to release 70 feature films this year.

This includes 52 English-language live-action projects, 10 non-English language films, and eight animated features.

The movies will feature stars like Kevin Hart, who has just signed four-film deal with the streaming service, Zendaya, Gal Gadot, and Dwayne Johnson, and Oscar winners Leonardo DiCaprio, Denzel Washington, Sandra Bullock, and Meryl Streep.

DiCaprio will be making his streaming debut in the comedy Don’t Look Now, opposite Streep, Jennifer Lawrence, Timothee Chalamet, Cate Blanchett, Chris Evans, and Jonah Hill, while other highlights include Zack Snyder’s zombie movie Army of the Dead, and Halle Berry’s directorial debut Bruised, in which she plays a mixed martial arts fighter struggling to regain custody of her son.
