Wesley Snipes Sued by Former Agency

Hollywood star Wesley Snipes is being sued by his former talent agency, who insist they are owed back commissions on movies including 2004 release Blade: Trinity.

In a suit filed yesterday at California Superior Court, lawyers for the United Talent Agency claim the actor has been paid at least $13 million for the action sequel, paying just $717,000 in commission to the company.

UTA accuse Snipes of withholding a further $584,000 from Blade: Trinity alone, with a further $2 million outstanding from three additional movies.

A spokesman for UTA refused to comment on the legal spat. Snipes‘ manager was unavailable for comment.
