Sydney Sweeney stars as Wilhelmina “Millie” Calloway, an ex-convict desperate for a second chance. When she’s hired by Nina Winchester (Amanda Seyfried) and her husband Andrew (Brandon Sklenar) to be their live-in maid, she’s banished to a desolate attic room despite their opulent home. As Millie becomes more entangled with the family, she uncovers disturbing truths that put her in danger.

The supporting cast includes Michele Morrone as Enzo, Indiana Elle as young Cecelia, and Elizabeth Perkins as Evelyn Winchester. Together, they bring McFadden’s psychological thriller to life with suspense, intrigue, and plenty of emotional twists.
