Fall sartorial trends typically don’t edge on feminine: between massive army jackets, tomboy-inspired Chelsea boots, and the Great Oxblood Armageddon, any remnants of girly-ness washed away with the last of our late August tans. This season, however, we’ve spotted everyone from Chiara Ferragni to Miroslava Duma wearing a print typically reserved for spring: florals.
The trick to wearing florals once the temperature drops is to keep the palette moody — think rich scarlet and navy hues against black and emerald greens.
