With so many stunning gowns to feast our eyes upon post-Oscars, we almost forget that there was other eye candy to take in from the celebrity set. The ball gowns may have come and gone but the style is here to stay. Keeping the media machine running, here are some of our favorite celebrity looks this week in talk shows.
Little Miss Rachel Berry wouldn’t be caught dead in this shocking mini-dress from the always-bold Roberto Cavalli, but Lea Michele is always a fan of fierce fashion. The Glee star turned pop star was making the promotional rounds for her new album Louder, which certainly fit the theme of her outfit. The former Broadway star further amplified the graphic print with black talon nails, silver sandals, rings by EF Collection and sparkly jewels by Elahn Jewelry.
We have to give major props to Allison Williams’s stylist Cristina Ehrlich for this winning ensemble. The Girls star looked trendy and polished just like her character Marnie, dressed in a navy blue lattice knee-length skirt and a short-sleeved grey knit with an intricate crisscross design by Misha Nonoo from their Fall 2014 collection. While her white gold leaf ring by Djula Jewelry was enough to light up the studio, it was her big ol’ rock of an engagement ring from CollegeHumor co-founder Ricky Van Veen that stole the show. The newly engaged star finished off the look with some Manolo Blahnik patent leather mary janes and a very on-trend white diamond earcuff from Kısmet by Milka by Turkish designer Milka Karaağaçlı.
Naomi Campbell is the fashion fairy godmother of our dreams. When she’s not closing down the Nasdaq stock market, sporting an afro on The View or just generally throwing shade in all directions – she’s beautifying our small screen. The iconic supermodel is jetting around town to promote season 2 of the modeling show, The Face. After donning an afro for her appearances on The Graham Norton Show and The View, Campbell went back to her signature smooth-wavvy locks on Late Night, appearing in a slinky, black beaded gown that would make Bob Mackie proud.
Human rainbow and Hollywood’s It Girl, Lupita Nyong’o proved once again, she looks good in everything. The newly anointed Oscar winner stopped by Kelly & Michael’s Oscar Special wearing a sporty neon yellow short suit from Giambattista Valli’s Resort 2014 Collection. The 12 Years A Slave star has incited breathless coverage on every fashion magazine and blog and with good reason. This appearance is no exception.
