CBS Keeps ‘CSI: NY’ But Sends ‘Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior’ Packing

CSI: NYCBS left these two hanging for quite a while but the deal is done. Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior joins so many other failed and ridiculously ubiquitous formulaic crime shows in the valley of canceled television, but CSI: NY gets a last minute pickup, however fans of the CSI spinoff shouldn’t celebrate just yet. This pickup may come with a extra small order; it’s possible that CBS won’t order a full 22 episodes from the almost-defunct show. Apparently, they make enough on syndication to keep the New York-based CSI show on the air for a little while, but likely not at full speed.

Earlier, CBS also axed $#*! My Dad Says, Mad Love and The Defenders.
