Ewan McGregor is to get in touch with his inner David Attenborough by narrating a new natural history series.
The Star Wars actor will narrate Stormborn, a new series filming wildlife in the his native Scotland as well as in nearby Norway and Iceland.
In a new trailer for the show, which will air on the Love Nature channel, the actor says: “Raising a family in a world of rock, ice and water is a tale of resilience, strength and courage. For to be born to the north, is to be born to the storm.”
The series of three 50-minute episodes will focus on animals trying to survive climate change in the remote, northern fringes of the Atlantic Ocean.
The show will premiere on the Canadian specialty channel, which is available internationally, in November (2020).
