One Of The Biggest Mysteries On ‘Game Of Thrones’ Will Be Solved In Season 7!

**This post is dark and full of spoilers!**

If you’re a fan of HBO‘s Game of Thrones, and certainly if you’re a fan of George R.R. Martin‘s epic Song Of Ice and Fire saga, then you know a thing or two about delayed gratification. Seriously, both GRRM and Game Of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss seem to take joy in keeping GoT fans waiting to solve huge plot holes and mysteries for YEARS.

Seriously, we are just now (six seasons in) getting some hints about our beloved Jon Snow’s parentage. But that isn’t the mystery we’re discussing today.  You’re probably not even ready to deal with what I’m about to tell you, but I’ll just say it anyway.

Gendry (Joe Dempsie) was spotted getting off a plane in Belfast, Germany!

Do you remember Gendry?!! (If you don’t don’t feel bad, Westeros is HUGE and we haven’t seen or heard from him in years.) Just a refresher, Gendry is Robert Baratheon’s bastard (aka, the actual true heir to the Iron Throne and the last of House Baratheon ). The last time we saw him, he was escaping  Dragonstone and the clutches of The Red Woman and Stannis Baratheon in a row boat. At this point, only Ser Davos knows where he is. We just hope he’s still not rowing.

Ugh summer 2017 is actual light years away!
