A little more than a month ago, the Internet collectively gasped when ABC Family announced that a Pretty Little Liars spinoff — Ravenswood — was in the works. Although the network has dropped a few hints here and there about the new series, we hadn’t gotten any information as to who would leave the infamously dangerous PLL setting, Rosewood, and move to the neighboring curse-ridden town of Ravenswood — until now.
Prepare to say goodbye to Caleb (Tyler Blackburn), because Hanna’s love is packing his bags and leaving his traumatic A-filled past behind for new cursed challenges ahead. ABC Family announced today that Blackburn has signed on to star in the highly anticipated PLL spinoff and although we don’t know how Caleb will stumble into the dark new town, we do know there will definitely be some trouble ahead, especially for Caleb and Hanna in Season 4 of Pretty Little Liars.
So now that we know the first person who will be moving to Ravenswood, let’s refresh our memories on everything we know so far: The hour-long drama will center on five strangers who suddenly find themselves connected by a fatal curse. The group must band together and dig into Ravenswood’s mysterious and terrible history before it’s too late for all of them.
Ravenswood will premiere this October following Pretty Little Liars‘ annual Halloween special — and knowing ABC Family, the new drama will definitely be worth the six-month wait.
