See All Nine Of The Trailers For ABC’s Hottest New Shows

Out with the new, hopefully in with new and fresh.

Last week ABC announced that fan favorites like The MuppetsCastle, Galavant, and Marvel’s Agent Carter, so they knew they had some big shoes to replace. Well yesterday the network held their annual Upfronts event where they show the trailers for the shows they hope to premiere in the upcoming fall and spring season. Check out the trailers below:

American Housewife

Fall 2016 Tuesdays at 8:30 PM

Katie (Katy Mixon) is a larger mother who is trying to raise her children the best that she can. When she moves into a wealthy town filled with perfect women and perfect families, she tries to fit in without hating everyone:



Fall 2016 Mondays at 10:00 PM

Hayes (Hayley Atwell) is  a lawyer and former first daughter who just accepted a job from NY District Attorney Wayne Wallis (Eddie Cahill). She didn’t want the job, but when she was busted on fake cocaine possession charges, she kind of had to take it. After taking some easy cases, Hayes finds herself having to care more about the cases, and the people in them.


Designated Survivor

Fall 2016 Wednesdays at 10:00 PM

A low-level United States Cabinet Member (Kiefer Sutherland) is taken to an undisclosed location during a presidential state of the union. When a catastrophic attack kills everyone above him in rank, the low cabinet member becomes the President of the United States of America.


Downward Dog

It’s an old TV writer saying, “never do a show about a talking dog”. Well, Downward Dog hopes to succeed in changing that. When a dog’s person (Allison Tolman) starts getting busy with work and relationship, the dog tells us to lets us know how he really feels.


Imaginary May

Ben (Stephen Schneider) is a single dad with three kids and he’s looking to start dating someone. Alice (Jenna Elfman) is that girl. Alice hasn’t ever dated a guy with kids, and there’s a certain someone that likes to constantly remind her. Mary (Rachel Dratch) is her imaginary friend from her childhood that tries to help her with her old views.



Fall 2016 Thursdays at 9:00 PM

Julia George (Piper Perabo) is a powerhouse television producer who controls what the public sees, and more importantly sometimes, doesn’t see. Jake (Daniel Sunjata) is a charismatic attorney. The two work together to control the media and people so she can have better ratings and he can win cases.



Fall 2016 Wednesdays 8:30 PM

Maya DiMeo (Minnie Driver) is a mom that doesn’t take sh*t from anyone and tries to do the best she can for her kids. One of her kids Ray (Mason Cook) happens to be a special needs child, so sometimes being tough is necessary to get the things he deserves. However there is a line and Kenneth, (Cedric Yarbrough) Ray’s teacher, lets Maya know.


Still Star-Crossed

We all know the tale of William Shakespeare‘s Romeo And Juliet, but what happened after the two lovers passed away? The war between the Montagues and the Capulets. The Prince of Verona Escalus (Sterling Sulieman) wants the war to end, so he wants a member of the families to wed. Benvolio (Wade Briggs) and Rosaline (Lashana Lynch) are to be forced to marry, and another star-crossed love story begins.


Time After Time

H.G. Wells (Freddie Stroma) invented the time machine in fiction, but what if he actually invented a time the machine? When someone he thought was a friend, who actually turned out to be the notorious Jack The Ripper (Joshua Bowman) travels through time to 2016, he must partner with someone from our time, Jane Walker (Génesis Rodríguez) so he can catch Jack before he starts to kill again.
