The ‘Gilmore Girls’ Fan Festival Is Literally A Dream Come True

The WB

2016 has been an amazing year for Gilmore Girls fans. Netflix officially announced the reboot of the beloved series, and they also made every single episode of the mother-daughter show available for streaming. But the news just keeps getting better. Ahead of the Netflix premiere of Gilmore Girls: A Year In the Life, the town that inspired our beloved Stars Hallow, Washington Depot, Connecticut will be throwing a MASSIVE Gilmore Girls fan festival.

The festival will be held from October 21-23, 2016 and will include a town troubadour, screenings of both the pilot episode and the series finale, a Knit-a-thon, a dance recital and so much more. Even better, though the Gilmore Girls fan festival is in no way affiliated with Netflix, eight cast members have already been confirmed to attend the fan fest including, Jackson Douglas (Jackson), Rini Bell (Lulu), Aris Alvarado (Caesar), Biff Yeager (Tom), Kelly Bishop (Emily), Yanic Truesdale (Michel), Vanessa Marano (April), and Ted Rooney (Morey). There is also still plenty of time for other cast members to confirm or possibly make surprise appearances.

If you want tickets you better snag them now because they are going SUPER FAST.

This will be a perfect event for the fall, that will hold us over until Gilmore Girls: A Year In the Life debuts November 25th on Netflix.
