It’s as easy as taking candy from a baby. For the past four years, Jimmy Kimmel has encouraged parents across the country to tell their kids that they ate all of their Halloween candy. The reactions are priceless from crying to temper tantrums to one kid who told his mom “I don’t want to see you ever again, go get a job!”

“We never seem to run out of participants for this. Ever year, I think kids are going to know, they watch these videos, or maybe they’ll be too old to fall for it. Every year, there’s a whole new crowd,” Kimmel explained, “I will be able to do this for as long as people continue to have sex.” Even Kimmel’s guest, Mark Ruffalo, got in on the action.
