‘The Mandalorian’ was an opening launch series for Disney+ and people didn’t know what to expect.
What they got was the cutest, memeable thing in Star Wars in the Child (or baby Yoda if you want to be incorrect, but that’s another article). Oh, they also got one of the best things to come out of Star Wars since the original trilogy. The show was action-packed, funny when it needed to be, heartfelt, and more. It also had some amazing never before done visuals. After the series did so well, people wanted more, and not only did they just announced they were greenlit for a 3rd season (and apparently already in the works), even before the 2nd one comes out, but Disney+ would release a docuseries on Season 1 called ‘Disney Gallery – Star Wars: The Mandalorian’.
Above is the trailer for the docuseries which features roundtable discussions with the directors of the episodes, the showrunners, the cast, and even more behind the scenes and technology then you can handle.
and yes, they do talk about The Child.
‘Disney Gallery – Star Wars: The Mandalorian’ is an 8 part docuseries streaming on an appropriate Holliday; May the 4th, May 4, 2020.
