Where do I find my ticket?

Your tickets are located in the My Tickets section of the app, located at the bottom of your screen.

How can I refund my ticket?

You can receive a refund before the printed showtime for any movie tickets purchased through the Hollywood.com App. Your Convenience Fee cannot be refunded.

To initiate your refund, tap on Request a Refund on the ticket confirmation screen in the Hollywood.com App and follow the steps. 

Refunds will be processed immediately and are completed within 5-7 business days depending on the type of credit card used. If you have any questions you can contact our Customer Concierge team at support@hollywood.com or call us at 833-505-1565. 

Before completing an order you should confirm all the details of your order. Refunds and exchanges are available only in limited circumstances. We do not offer partial refunds for reserved seating. Ticket Convenience Fees are nonrefundable

Can I only return part of my order?

No.  Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to provide a full refund of your order.  

It is easy, however, to repurchase part of the same seat selection.  Our App releases your returned seats instantly – they will be available as soon as you complete your order so you may reselect them and rebook your tickets instantly.

What is a convenience charge and why is it added to my ticket price?

In order to provide a fast and easy way to buy tickets, we add a minimal charge as an online fee. By purchasing tickets online in advance, you are guaranteed a seat and avoid a sold-out show!

What is the Hollywood.com App?

Ditch the wait and get to the movies in SECONDS with Single Screen Selection, only available on the Hollywood.com App. We’re the ONLY app that lets you see what movies are out now, movie theaters located near you, movie showtimes, and available seat options – all on a SINGLE SCREEN.

How do I purchase tickets?

Through our app: When you decide on your theater and movie preference, select the show date, time, and number of tickets  you wish to purchase. 

Once your tickets have been selected, please verify that all information (theater location, date and time) is correct at Checkout. After verifying all ticket details, including all fees and taxes, Click Pay and enter your payment information! 

What do I use as my ticket into the theater?

To access your tickets on the app, simply view the “My Tickets” tab and you can see all your upcoming tickets, including the QR code attached to them.  

Please remember to bring your tickets (printed/electronically) and identification to the theater.

I placed an order, now what do I do when I get to the theater?

When you get to the theater, you can walk directly up to the ticket attendant and scan your QR code from your phone — no need to print anything!

What if I am having a QR Code Issue?

If you’re having trouble accessing your QR code, you can provide the ticket attendant with your Confirmation Code and they’ll be able to access your order. You can find this information in your Confirmation Email.

Where can I find my Confirmation email?

Your Confirmation Email is sent to the email address you provided to purchase the tickets.  It will arrive from Hollywood.com

What and where is my Confirmation Code?

The Confirmation Code is a 10 digit code that is also recognized by the Movie Theater you are visiting.  The Confirmation Code is located on your Email Confirmation Receipt.

To the Theater, it is known as the “Will Call Number.”  If you do not have access to your QR code, you may show this Confirmation Code/Will Call Number to the Theater Attendant in lieu of your QR code for access.

When will I receive my Confirmation Email?

You should receive your Confirmation Email within a few minutes of purchase.  If you do not receive your Confirmation Email, please contact our Concierge Team at (855) 505-1565 and we will personally assist you.

Can I change my seat after I have purchased my tickets?

At this time, we do not offer the ability to edit a ticket purchase. You can purchase your new tickets and then request a refund through the app.

What is a reserved seat and can I change it?

Reserved seating allows you to save the seats you want before you reach the theater.  At the time, we do not allow for seat changes, however, you can refund your entire order and repurchase if you would like to move to another part of the theater prior to showtime.

Are student and military discounts available?

Not at this time.

Can I use my AMC Stubs Pass here?

At this time, you cannot use your AMC Stubs Pass to purchase tickets in the Hollywood.com App.
