Talk about getting ugly for Oscar--Charlize Theron does it both inside and out, turning in a powerful, certainly award-worthy performance that's just as mind-blowing as her makeunder in a movie that, quite frankly, doesn't back it up.

If you have to sit through another adaptation of Peter Pan, this version is serviceable, if not original, with enough eye candy and enjoyable performances to make it worthwhile.

Although Ang Lee successfully brings the green giant from the pages of Marvel Comics to life on the big screen, The Hulk loses itself in a heavy-handed story, and the characters' inner turmoil will make your own head hurt.
