Less flash, more grit, The Order of the Phoenix is definitely the most introspective of the Harry Potter movies. If you’re expecting fast-paced wizardry action at every turn, however, you might be disappointed.

Although wryly directed by George Clooney and supported by compelling performances, especially from David Strathairn, Good Night, and Good Luck is still the cinematic equivalent of unbuttered toast: dry, dry, dry.

Hardcore fans will flock anyway. If you've haven't seen the first movie then this isn't the place to start. And if you have seen the first movie, this sequel is an insult to your intelligence.

Even with an appealing Paul Bettany on the back line, Wimbledon's cross-court love match mostly fumbles along rather than running up to the net for the kill shot. (How about that for a bunch of tennis clichés?)

A Walk to Remember is a sweet teen drama with a strong message. It will definitely appeal to younger teens and Mandy Moore fans alike, but skip it if you are old enough to already understand the moral of the story.
