The Avengers beauty visited French graffiti writer and tattooist Fuzi Uvtpk during a trip to Paris, France last week (ends04Nov12), and had the new design inked on her side along with the words, 'Lucky You'.
A snap of the blonde showing off the tattoo appeared online, with the star pulling up her top to unveil the artwork.
It is Johansson's fourth time in the tattooist's chair - she has a landscape picture on one arm, the initial 'A' on her ankle and 'I Heart New York' on her wrist.

In case you were wondering, Melissa Joan Hart is voting for Mitt Romney. The Melissa and Joey star shared this groundbreaking news on Twitter Monday afternoon. Then, despite her initial pronouncement that she "can't get too political in 140 characters," Hart continued to tweet about politics for the next three hours. Before calling it a night, Hart said, "Ok I'm done! Said my peace and tmrw will decide it. I love to debate but hate to fight. Ultimately I hate it when celebs talk politics! LOL!" It seems as though the irony is lost on her.
Or, maybe Hart has unwittingly raised a valid point. Don't we all hate when celebs talk politics? Isn't the inundation of celebrity endorsements overwhelming in volume and underwhelming in substance? Do we really care that Hilary Duff is going Obama and Lindsay Lohan Romney? Is it important to our lives that Jeff Foxworthy is a Mitt fan and Kal Penn is choosing Barack? Even when huge A-listers proclaim their allegiances (I'm looking at you, Scarlett Johansson and Clint Eastwood) it does little to sway my own beliefs. And, what the heck, I'm just going to say it: If you decide to vote for a certain candidate just because your favorite celebrity has declared his or her support for that person, you hardly deserve to be voting. Think for yourself! (On that note, thank God Justin Bieber is a Canadian.)
Celebrities are people, too. Regular people, just like you and me, who have (for the most part) never worked in politics or diplomacy — UNICEF benefit concerts don't count. Celebrities do not have any additional wisdom or experience when it comes to the political agenda. They are not privy to insider knowledge; they get their information from all the same news sources available to you and me. So, ultimately, why do we care who they are voting for? Curiosity, I guess. But really, their proclamations are no different than the political tirades your more opinionated friends post on Facebook. They don't encourage conversation, they don't enrich the public discourse (things that would actually improve how politics are handled in this country). They are simply bits of self-important jabber that jumble together to create a jarring wall of white noise.
Nearly 24 hours after Melissa Joan Hart posted her 2012 choice for President of the United States of America, she shared this little gem on Twitter:
Truer words were never spoken, Mel. Too bad this would have hit home a lot harder if it wasn't proceeded by dozens of posts that hashed out your political beliefs on the most public of platforms. Next time, keep it brief. Or, better yet, keep it to yourself. There's a reason voting is anonymous.

The Avengers star portrays Psycho star Janet Leigh in the film, which examines the story behind the 1959 classic Alfred Hitchcock horror movie, and she she admits the thought of fighting off the Silence of the Lambs villain in a bathroom was one that kept her up at night.
She tells V magazine, "You have got to be brave, get into the shower, and face Anthony Hopkins as Hitchcock jabbing you in the face with a 12-inch kitchen knife.
"As much as Anthony Hopkins is a pussycat, he's terrifying. Maybe I watched Silence of the Lambs too many times when I was a kid. Maybe I was having some flashbacks. So I didn't need too much preparation for the scene."
But otherwise, Johansson thoroughly enjoyed playing the scream queen - and had no problems stripping off for the shower scene.
She adds, "We only had the luxury to shoot the scene for a day, and everybody was feeling very nervous because it involved water and nobody wants the actor to get wet. They were concerned with modesty and all these things - but I don't care about any of that stuff and Janet Leigh never did either."

The world premiere of Hitchcock took place Thursday night at the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard, serving as the opening film of the AFI Film Festival. Before the screening, director Sacha Gervasi stood in front of a packed house — which quickly became choked up by the director's emotional display — speaking about the support Fox Searchlight gave the debut director. (Gervasi lovingly called Fox Searchlight “filmmakers disguised as a studio.”) It was a heartfelt moment that was followed by a video clip of Hitchcock co-stars Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren — who are currently in London working on only their second film together Red 2 — recounting their experience starring as the legendary director and his beloved wife Alma, respectively. The short video clip closed with Mirren thanking the audience for attending the screening and Hopkins, in his best Hitchcock impression, bidding the audience the classic, “Good evening.” The lights went down and the film began.
Hitchcock is a hugely entertaining and riveting account of the making of the classic horror film Psycho and the behind-the-scenes machinations of bringing the controversial film to the big screen in the early late 1950s/early '60s. However, the actual making of the film Psycho serves mostly as a fascinating backdrop for the film to explore the intricate, complex, and challenging relationship between the brilliant yet tortured genius Hitchcock and his adoring, equally brilliant and often neglected wife Alma. Based on the excellent book Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho by Stephen Rebello with a taut screenplay by John J. McLaughlin, the film perfectly captures the mood of the early '60s and the challenges of bringing the very controversial book Psycho by Robert Bloch — with its then very taboo themes of transvestitism, incest, and overt sexuality — to the big screen. Ralph Macchio of Karate Kid fame, in an interesting bit of casting, plays the neurotic Psycho screenwriter Joe Stefano.
Beyond the intrigue associated with simply getting the movie made (one example: Paramount studio boss Barney Balaban, played by Richard Portnow, so hated the idea of making the movie that he would not finance the picture), the film also explores the complicated relationship between “Hitch” and his beautiful female stars. Vera Miles (Jessica Biel) is singled out for poor treatment (and given a pretty thankless supporting role in Psycho) because she dared to chose having a child and family instead of allowing the director to “make her a star” when she declined the lead role in Vertigo (a role that went to Kim Novak). However, Janet Leigh, who is portrayed brilliantly by Scarlett Johansson (in a nuanced and striking performance), is presented as a woman who knows exactly how to handle the temperamental director and their relationship is perhaps the most perfectly uncomplicated in the film.
In the final analysis, it is the relationship between Alma and "Hitch” that holds the movie together; Hopkins is as brilliant as he’s ever been and creates an indelible portrait of the legendary director — he will certainly add this to his impressive list of iconic chracterizations. His mannerisms, voice and larger-than-life physical presence are manifested brilliantly in the transformation of the actor who perfectly channels the spirit, the essence and the well-known persona of Alfred Hitchcock, one of cinema’s most famous directors. Mirren’s performance is an absolute showstopper, with her quiet resolve and unwavering admiration for her husband’s talent simultaneously comingled with her feelings of disdain for his ill treatment of her and his lustful yearnings toward his beautiful young female stars. The essential beauty of Hitchcock is fully realized when the pair emotionally, romantically, and touchingly reconnect by putting their differences aside and work in earnest on the fledgling production together. Ultimately, Hitchcock presents a portrait of the truly deep love between Alma and Hitch tempered, tested and strengthened throughout the years and ultimately reinvigorated through their collaboration in making Psycho the massive financial, critical and cultural success it would become.
The highly anticipated biopic Hitchcock directed by Sacha Gervasi, features an all-star cast including Hopkins as Alfred Hitchcock, Mirren as his wife Alma Reville, Johansson as actress Janet Leigh, James D’Arcy as actor Anthony Perkins, Biel as actress Vera Miles, Portnow as Paramount Studio boss Barney Balaban, Kurtwood Smith as the Director of The Production Code Administration, Michael Wincott as serial killer Ed Gein, Macchio as Psycho screenwriter Joe Stefano, and Michael Stuhlbarg as Lew Wasserman. The director of photography is the brilliant cinematographer Jeff Cronenweth (son of legendary “Blade Runner” DP Jordan Cronenweth) and the music score is courtesy of Danny Elfman. Producers include Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollack. A Fox Searchlight release.

Even with Iron Man 3 in the can (and looking explosive in all the right ways) and Chris Hemsworth currently in the UK battling former Doctor Who star Christopher Eccleston in Thor: The Dark World, eager Marvel fans still have one movie chock full of secrets to provoke the imagination: Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Formally announced at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, little has been solidified on the Captain America sequel, which is prepping to shoot under the direction of Community executive producers Anthony and Joe Russo to make its April 4, 2014 release date.
Now, it seems super soldier Steve Rogers has a new opponent to take on in Winter Soldier (besides the titular soldier, an assassin who has a connection to a past Captain America character).
Warrior and The Grey star Frank Grillo has officially been cast as one of Captain America's foes, Crossbones, in the upcoming Marvel follow-up. After much speculation — in a now-deleted tweet from last week, Grillo announced that he had auditioned for the film — the actor has confirmed the news:
Thanks all!! Couldn't be happier to join the Marvel family. Great people. Great character and. My kids will freak out best of all. #grateful— frank grillo (@FrankGrillo) October 29, 2012
In Marvel comics, Crossbones has spread villainy in nearly every way possible, from heading up a New York City crime syndicate to working has a henchman for Red Skull, the villain of Captain America's first big-screen outing.
Filling out the Captain America 2 roster, Variety reports that Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders and Scarlett Johansson are all expected to return as agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., while Anthony Mackie is locked for a role as Steve Rogers' ally, The Falcon.
Grillo has duked it out with MMA fighters and held off a pack of wolves with only a torch and homemade weaponry. Can he go head-to-head with Captain America?

New incentive to become famous: At some point down the line, you will be preserved for eternity through the magic of biopics.
Following suit with dozens of other pop culture figures, this season is chock full of movies that pull back the curtain (or focus the camera lens?) on famed director Alfred Hitchcock. This weekend sees the premiere of HBO's The Girl starring Toby Jones, which follows Hitchcock during his time filming The Birds. Anthony Hopkins is set to portray the master of thrills this November in the "making of Psycho" dramatization Hitchcock. And now, set photos reveal that Hitchcock (Roger Ashton-Griffiths) will play a part in the upcoming Grace of Monaco, a film that centers on Dial M for Murder and Rear Window leading lady Grace Kelly.
That's a lot of biopics.
So which actor looks the most like their Hollywood legend counterpart? Does size matter when it comes to Hitchcock? Scroll through the pics and then tell us who you think fills the silhouette of one of the most important directors in film history.

There's something about other people's secrets... they can rob us completely of our longstanding apathy for the rest of the human race and instead thrust us into an obsessive need to know exactly what was whispered between two parties. It in Lost in Translation, in The Quiet Man, in Brick — whatever unknown words are passed from the mouths of Scarlett Johansson, Maureen O'Hara, and Nora Zehetner to the ears of Bill Murray, John Wayne, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, we just can't stop thinking about. And those are just normal people! What happens when this sort of ordeal involves the President of the United States of America?
If you watched the first round of the presidential debates, you might have caught an eyeful of Michelle Obama delivering a quiet message to her husband following his faceoff with opponent Mitt Romney. Satisfying the nosy nature of the American public, the First Lady has revealed the truth about the simple, sweet words that she spoke to President Barack Obama that night... at least, what she claims to be the truth.
"I gave him a big hug, and I said, 'Way to go,'" Michelle told Ryan Seacrest during a special interview on Tuesday morning's Today, which aired in honor of the upcoming second round of the debates, which airs tonight at 9 PM.
When asked by Seacrest if her husband ever looks to her during these debates, and in turn what sort of visible support she offers, Michelle responded, "I can never tell, but I'm always primed just in case he is." She continued "I'm perched, I'm looking at him, I'm smiling, I'm giving him a thumbs up if he can see it."
Thumbs up, eh? Smiling? Perched?! Something sounds... fishy.
Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy
We're not completely sold by Mrs. Obama's revelation of what she did, in fact, say to her presidential husband on the night of Wednesday, October 3. "Way to go"? We're supposed to believe that the woman who masterminded (mastermound?) projects like Let's Move! and the White House Kitchen Garden, and her own book American Grown couldn't come up with anything more creative than "Way to go"? We know you've got more up your sleeve than that, Michelle.
Hence all the "signals" she seems to be flashing Barack. These so-called "thumbs ups" and "smiles" ... highly suspicious. But we're not going to stake claims toward a wild conspiracy theory involving the First Lady — that would be ridiculous, idiotic, deranged. No.
We have three conspiracy theories!
Theory #1: She's Pumping In the Answers
Perhaps Michelle is offering her husband some supplementary help with the answering of questions. Could she be wiring in the aid of experts — Cyrano style — and translating them to the POTUS via sophisticated hand motions — The Sting style?
Theory #2: She's Working for the Other Side
Or could she be a double agent, working instead for Mitt Romney? Maybe Michelle has mastered some kind of cerebrally-impeding sign language, unconsciously throwing her poor, unwitting husband off track with her psychological tricks. And that whisper at the end: a cold, threatening layer of icing on the cake.
Theory #3: They're Aliens!
Think about it, this explains everything* — the Obamas are actually ambassadors of an extragalactic species who communicate with their overlords via a series of manual and facial tics, transmitting messages through the vast cosmos to report on the status of their plan for world domination!
So, whatever theory you choose to believe, tune in to tonight's presidential debate to see the mission carried out. The truth is out there...
*Almost nothing.

The Hollywood stars have shot a 30-second film, unveiled by liberal action group MoveOn.org, attacking Romney's policies towards women.
In the clip, directed by Rob Reiner, the actresses raise issues such as abortion and rape, and urge viewers to vote for Romney's rival, incumbent President Barack Obama.
Johansson, already an active supporter of Obama's re-election campaign, ends the film with the chilling line, "If you think this election won't affect you and your life, think again."
MoveOn.org's creative director Laura Dawn says, "MoveOn is releasing this ad to help ensure that women voters know just how backward and extreme Mitt Romney is when it comes to issues affecting women."
The U.S. goes to the polls next month (Nov12).

The Little Rascals is a title that most people under 30 associate most strongly with the 1994 Universal Pictures comedy, which centered on the story of two eight-year-old best friends approaching maturity at disparate rates, and the ragtag team of pals who helped see them through the adventure (which involved a good deal of go-cart racing, trench coat costumes, and celebrity cameos). But The Little Rascals has known many voices over the run of the 20th Century, taking form originally as a series of silent Our Gang shorts by filmmaker Hal Roach, a more controversial set of entries to follow (accused of racism, whereas Roach's episodes are generally revered as some of the earliest expressions of racial equity onscreen), and the property's foray into sound, eventually finding a home in MGM and as an animated cartoon series in the '80s.
Almost 20 years after the feature film, the most recent incarnation of the Our Gang gang, Universal Studios Home Entertainment confirms to Hollywood.com that a new Rascals movie is underway; not to be shafted with outdated connotations, the developing straight-to-DVD film has a particularly timely twist: the inclusion of a Toddlers & Tiaras star on its cast list.
Eden Wood, the 7-year-old child pageant queen who earned her spotlight on TLC's polarizing reality series and of her own spinoff Eden's World, will play Darla, the lead female character from the '84 Rascals flick. Her story in said movie involved a romance with alleged He-Man Woman Hater Alfalfa, which nearly destroyed the latter's friendship with lifelong pal Spanky (whose misogyny was still going strong). Neither of the two male leads have been cast in the new movie.
The new film has brought on a ray of adults including Doris Roberts (as a matronly baker), Greg Germann (a scheming businessman), and Lex Medlin (a lovestruck policeman), but has not announced what other child stars will join the Toddlers & Tiaras vet onscreen. The realms of reality and narrative television have an ample sum of child stars to make up the cast. While the likes of Nolan Gould (Modern Family) and Chandler Riggs (The Walking Dead might be a bit too old for roles like Spanky, Alfalfa, and the like, perhaps Gould's onscreen cousin Aubrey Anderson-Emmons could work as one of the younger gang members. Then there are the various youngsters of Boardwalk Empire fame, and any of the four Bobby Drapers (Maxwell Huckabee, Aaron Hart, Jared Gilmore, and Mason Vale Cotton). And, of course, Honey Boo Boo.
Who are your Rascal picks?
The film is being directed by Alex Zamm and co-written by Zamm and Billy Robertson.

The Golden Age of Hollywood: when actors and actresses could be true movie stars, a crew would spend half a day lighting for a starlet's close-up, and the industry seemed just a tad purer. It was a glamorous time… at least, it looks like one in comparison to the hustle and bustle of today's movie scene. Maybe that's why actors and directors are constantly pining to return to the era, a moment in time when their professions held incomprehensible weight.
The latest throwback to the olden days is Hitchcock, a biopic that chronicles a slice of the legendary director's life. Following the first trailer for the film are a handful of photos, including our first look at Scarlett Johansson as Psycho actress Janet Leigh. Johansson follows suit with actresses before her, who have undergone transformations into recognizable actresses from the past. The trend has spurred some stunning recreations — in both looks and mood — and with every successful attempt to rediscover the magic of the yesteryears, Hollywood gives the go ahead to more throwbacks.
Check out Hollywood.com's look back at the recent roles that have give modern actresses a chance to step into the shoes of their big screen idols, a gallery we like to call…
