Short on scares, My Bloody Valentine doesn’t improve upon its 1981 predecessor, but at least it ups the gore factor with its gimmicky 3-D shocks.

P.S. I Love You isn’t as pathetically sappy as the title might sound. OK, maybe it is a little, but the film is still a serviceable romantic flick guaranteed to produce sighs and tears.

In a cross between Finding Nemo and Madagascar, with a little Lion King thrown in for good measure, Disney’s The Wild is just plain old tired derivativeness. Maybe we should chalk this one up to bad timing.

North Country isn't for those short on patience or time. But for the rest of us, the superb acting and relevant theme makes it more than worth it.

As one of the best noir crime thrillers since L.A. Confidential, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is also going to make you laugh and laugh.
