April 11, 2002 3:07pm ESTWhile Monsters, Inc. and Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius demonstrated that films can be scripted intelligently for younger viewers, Clockstoppers does the opposite by delivering an empty story in a flashy package. Don't expect another Spy Kids-type number and skip this movie altogether.
