    Cable TV sports commentator Keith Olbermann has resigned as a host and executive producer of a weekly hour-long Sunday-night sports news series on Fox Sports Net, Reuters reports.     HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 4, 2000 -- August is the time of year when TV pretty much just phones it in. NBC is running "The 10th Kingdom" again, for crying out loud!
