There are certain films about food that make our mouths water just thinking about them. We watch them and sometimes we get inspired to cook amazing meals, but mostly we just get inspired to eat. Here are some of our favorite food-themed moments in movies:
1. The “Be Our Guest Scene” in Beauty and the Beast
Even though we’re pretty sure Belle never actually got to eat any of the dancing food.
2. Pizza eating in Eat Pray Love
3. Soaking in a pool of nacho cheese in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
Can you say, #LifeGoals?
4. Anything in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
We’ll take one chocolate river and one fizzy lifting drink, please.
5. The pie-making in Waitress
6. All of the cooking scenes in Julie & Julia
7. The spaghetti sharing scene in Lady & the Tramp
Because awwww.
8. When Remy makes ratatouille in Ratatouille
9. The food preparing scenes in Chef.
10. The dessert scenes in Marie Antoinette
While she may not have actually said “Let them eat cake,” the sentiment was certainly there. Don’t mind if we do!
