Taraji P. Henson Circling ‘What Men Want’

Taraji P. Henson is set to star in What Men Want, the gender-bending remake of What Women Want.

The actress is attached to the comedy, inspired by the 2000 film starring Mel Gibson and directed by Nancy Meyers. The hit followed an advertising executive who, after being struck by lightning, is able to read women’s minds.

The new version will centre on a sports agent who, after gaining to power to hear men’s thoughts, uses her new ability to get ahead in a male-dominated industry.

Henson will also serve as executive producer of What Men Want, while Will Packer, who collaborated with 47-year-old for No Good Deed, will produce the film.
