“I really think you’re the most attractive girl I’ve met,” says Tom Hiddleston to Rachel Weisz in the opening moments of the latest trailer for The Deep Blue Sea, a costume drama based on Terence Rattigan’s celebrated stage play — and not a remake of Renny Harlin’s 1999 masterpiece about super-smart sharks, as was once believed. Given how Weisz is lovingly photographed by director Terence Davies in the clip, we’d be hard-pressed to disagree:
The Deep Blue Sea arrives in theaters March 23, 2012.
