Following suit with dozens of other pop culture figures, this season is chock full of movies that pull back the curtain (or focus the camera lens?) on famed director Alfred Hitchcock. This weekend sees the premiere of HBO’s The Girl starring Toby Jones, which follows Hitchcock during his time filming The Birds. Anthony Hopkins is set to portray the master of thrills this November in the “making of Psycho” dramatization Hitchcock. And now, set photos reveal that Hitchcock (Roger Ashton-Griffiths) will play a part in the upcoming Grace of Monaco, a film that centers on Dial M for Murder and Rear Window leading lady Grace Kelly.
That’s a lot of biopics.
