I had always heard that ‘Dune’ was one of the greatest Sci-Fi epics, and this trailer was so good it (finally) convinced me to buy the book.
From the absolutely beautiful visuals to the insane cast (including Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Jason Momoa, Oscar Isaac, Dave Bautista, Josh Brolin, Rebecca Ferguson, Stellan Skarsgård, Javier Bardem, and more), to the story, to the CGI, and the excellent use of Pink Floyd; everything about this Trailer looks incredible.
There’s a lot to unpackage from this trailer. Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) is the son of a noble family. He has power and its clear that he should be the leader, he just needs to learn how.
Hopefully, the movie can live up to the rest of the trailer, but with Denis Villeneuve at the helm I have confidence.
