George Clooney and Sandra Bullock are great — but Clooney and Bullock floating in the atmosphere 372 miles above Earth is out of this world. Warner Bros has just released the very first teaser trailer for the upcoming cinematic adventure Gravity and we’ve got your first look.
Directed by Children of Men’s Alfonso Cuarón, Gravity is a heart-pounding thriller that pulls you into the infinite and unforgiving realm of deep space. The Academy Award winners star as medical engineer Dr. Ryan Stone (Bullock) and veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (Clooney), embarking on a shuttle mission — Stone’s first.
Unfortunately, their routine spacewalk takes a dark turn into when their shuttle is smashed to pieces and the two astronauts are left floating alone in the infinite abyss of space. What started as a simple task turns into a dangerous mission as the two most work together to prevent spiraling out into the great unknown while their oxygen levels drop with every breath they take.
