16 Chris Evans Movies That Nearly Made You Expire From Hotness

With the upcoming Captain America: Civil War, we bet you can guess which side we’re on. In celebration of our studly Cap’ we decided to pay homage to the glorious Chris Evans. Here are 16 Chris Evans movies that nearly made you expire from the hotness.

Kyle in The Perfect Score
Chris Evans, The Perfect Score MTV Films, 030316
Getting into college is a super stressful endeavor which is why we can't blame Chris Evan's character Kyle for scheming to get the answers to the SAT in The Perfect Score. This was way back in '04 and though Chris was definitely a cutie, he wasn't exactly the sexy stud we adore now.
Ryan Ackerman in Cellular
Chris Evans, Cellular, New Line Cinema, Everett, 030316
New Line Cinema/Everett
Remember when Chris Evans starred in Cellular as Ryan Ackerman, a surfer college dude turned hero who worked tirelessly to help save a woman's life. Evans' character was a little too Cali surfer boy for our taste, but he was still great to look at.
Johnny Storm in Fantastic Four
Chris Evans, Fantastic Four, 20th Century Fox, Everett, 030316
20th Century Fox/Everett
While we're definitely here for Johnny Storm's army haircut and love of fire in Fantastic Four, we can honestly say this is not Chris at his most steamy. We still wouldn't push him out of bed though.

Johnny Storm in Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer
Chris Evans, Fantastic 4 Rise of the Silver Surfer, 20th Century Fox, 030316
20th Century Fox
Before Chris Evans was Captain America, he was Johnny Storm in the original Fantastic 4 franchise. Though we are pleased his hair cut was much better  in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer than the first film, we're glad that he's become an Avenger and left the torches to Michael B. Jordan.
Detective Paul "Disco" Diskant in Street Kings
Chris Evans, Street Kings, Fox Searchlight, 030316
Fox Searchlight
We bet you don't even remember Chris Evans in the star studded Street Kings. He played Detective Paul  "Disco" Diskant, the man who teams up with Keanu Reeves' Tom Ludlow in order to clear his name. There was a lot going on in this film so Chris wasn't exactly the prime focus. Baby-faced and straitlaced he's not exactly as delicious as Captain America, but we'd still let him handcuff us.
Jake Wyler in Not Another Teen Movie
Chris Evans, Not Another Teen Movie, Columbia Pictures, 030316
Columbia Pictures
We thought Ali Larter slayed the scene in the original whip cream bikini, but that was before we saw Chris Evans as Jake Wyler in Not Another Teen Movie. Though the film itself leaves a lot to be desired, it was the first time we really got introduced to Evans. Perhaps we'll see the whip-cream again in Captain America: Civil War but without that ghastly black hair.

Captain America in Captain America: The First Avenger
Chris Evans, Captain America: The First Avenger
Paramount Pictures via Everett Collection
We weren't exactly getting all hot and bothered before Steve Rogers transformed into Captain America in Captain America: The First Avenger but what a transformation it was. If only his chest wasn't waxed!
Mike Weiss in Puncture
Chris Evans, Puncture, Millenium, 030316
Though Evans played a non-traditional lawyer who was battling a drug addiction in Puncture, we would still keep him on retainer. Our only requirement would be that he always show up to court wearing just suspenders and a tie.
Harvard Hottie in The Nanny Diaries
Chris Evans, The Nanny Diaries, Weinstein, 030316
There is a reason why Chris Evans' character in The Nanny Diaries was only known as Harvard Hottie. Evans starred in the film opposite his BFF Scarlett Johansson and stole all of our hearts with his boy next door charm.

Jimmy in Tennessee Williams' The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond
Chris Evans, The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond, Screen Media, 030316
Screen Media
You probably don't remember this, but Chris Evans starred opposite Bryce Dallas Howard in The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond, Tennessee Williams' long-forgotten 1957 play. In the film, Evans plays an escort hired to take Howard's character to a fancy party. The film wasn't exactly a smash sucess but we're here for any film where Chris Evans channels The Notebook's Noah Calhoun.
Steve Rogers/ Captain America in The Avengers
Chris Evans, The Avengers, Marvel, 030316
Though we adore Captain America solo dolo, there's something to be said about a man who is willing to work hard for the team. We also got to see a lot more of Chris Evans in leather and on a motorcycle in The Avengers which is just the cherry on an already delicious treat!
Colin Shea in What's Your Number?
Chris Evans, What's Your Number, 20th Century Fox, Everett, 030316
20th Century Fox/Everett
If we had a neighbor that looked anything like Chris Evans' character Colin Shea in What's Your Number? then we would wouldn't care about a stupid article in a magazine either! He could sit on our couch shirtless and play guitar anytime he wants.

Curtis in Snowpiercer
Chris Evans, Snowpiercer, Weinstein, Everett, 030316
Even covered in grit and grime, Chris Evans still looks mighty fine to us. Back in 2013, Evans starred in the Korean science-fiction action film Snowpiercer as Curtis, a lower-class passenger aboard a train that contains the last remnants of humanity. Curtis decides to lead a revolt against the trains' elite. It was kind of like The Hunger Games on a train, and we'd definitely let Chris lead us into battle, there's nothing wrong with getting a little dirty.
Captain America in Avengers: Age Of Ultron
Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Avengers Age Of Ultron, Marvel, 030316
There is a reason why we're on Captain America' side when it comes to the upcoming war between him and Iron Man. We love you Robert Downey Jr., but there's just something about a man with a star on his chest. Just look at how suave and determined Captain was in Avengers: Age Of Ultron.
Captain America in Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Chris Evans, Captain America The Winter Soldier, Marvel, 030316
Chris Evans as Captain America just keeps getting better and better. Post Captain America: The First Avenger and The Avengers, Cap's look in Captain America: The Winter Soldier proves he just keeps getting better and better. He's just proof a man can be swoon-worthy no matter what century he's in.

Pete Cooper in Before We Go
Chris Evans, Alice Eve, Before We Go, RADIUS, 030316
Be still our beating hearts!!!! Seriously, we could look at Chris Evans as pessimistic New Yorker Pete Cooper all day. His scruff is at peak sexiness, he looks rugged, attainable, and absolutely delicious. Forget the Captain America's armor, this is all the Chris Evans we need. BRB going to watch Before We Go!!
