Lizzo a week away from tying Iggy Azalea’s U.S. chart record

Lizzo has edged another week closer to tying Iggy Azalea’s U.S. chart record for the longest run at number one for a female rap act.

Truth Hurts has scored a sixth week on top of the Billboard Hot 100, keeping Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s Senorita tied to number two for yet another week.

But there’s good news for Mendes as the track rises to the top of America’s Adult Pop Songs chart, making him the most successful male solo artist on the countdown with six number ones.

The Canadian breaks a tie with Ed Sheeran.

Lewis Capaldi completes the top three with Someone You Loved, while Lil Tecca’s Ran$om and Chris Brown’s No Guidance are both unmoved at four and five.
