Actor Chris Vance hit with restraining order from ex-wife

Supergirl actor Chris Vance has been ordered to stay away from his ex-wife and their son after allegedly threatening her life.
Moon Dailly was granted a temporary restraining order against Vance last week (ends09Mar18) after claiming he had used explicit language in a FaceTime video call with their four-year-old boy William last month (Feb18), when they were enjoying a playdate with a friend.
According to court papers obtained by TheBlast.com, Vance started the chat by quizzing William about who he was with and where he was, and then chastised the kid for not speaking up.
He then allegedly said, “I don’t know when I’m going to see you, we’ll have to wait until your mum gets her f**king s**t together.”
The boy’s mother, also known as Monira Dailly, took the phone away and tried to calm the actor down, but Vance, allegedly ended the chat by stating, “If you ever pull that s**t again, I will f**king kill you. Do you hear me?”
Dailly, who split from Vance in 2015 and has since remarried, insists the threat was witnessed by their son, his friend, and the other child’s mum, and William has been having nightmares ever since.
Vance has now been banned from going within 100 yards (91.4 metres) of Dailly and William until a court hearing next month (Apr18).
Dailly also revealed the former Prison Break actor has fallen behind on his child support payments.
She previously won a restraining order against Vance in September, 2015, when she claimed he was verbally abusive and had a drinking problem – accusations he denied.
