Developed by bosses at iHeartLatino and a variety of organizations geared towards the Latino community, including Justice For Migrant Women, the event will kick off on social media on May 5, 2020.

Longoria has become very active on social media of late as she tries to get Latinos better access to information about the deadly virus, joining with various outlets to direct fans to Spanish-language resources.

“The Latino community needs better access to COVID-19 information in Spanish,” she tweeted on Wednesday (April 15, 2020). “They need to visit //lulac.org/ayudaenespanol. In partnership with @lulac and @hornitostequila I’m helping raise awareness about this Spanish information resource.”
