Gigi Hadid has updated fans and followers about her pregnancy after showing off her bare baby bump for the first time.
The model has been covering her belly in recent photos but during an Instagram Live appearance on Wednesday (July 15, 2020), she let it all hang out.
As part of her Gigi Journal Part II in collaboration with V Magazine, she confessed her wardrobe has changed drastically in recent weeks, explaining, “All I want to wear is loose stuff. Everyone’s like, ‘Oh, you didn’t look pregnant in your jumpsuit on your last live.’ That’s because, this way, this is how I’m normally going to look in this.”
She then unbuttoned her shirt and said, “There’s my belly y’all. Like, it’s there. From the front it’s different.”
Gigi revealed she has been documenting her pregnancy and will share videos and content with followers when she feels ready.
“I’m just taking my time with sharing my pregnancy and you guys will see it when you see it,” the mom-to-be said. “I’m trying to document it well because I’ve heard a lot of people say, ‘Obviously make sure you don’t miss it’… I’m not in a rush to do it and I feel right now I just want to experience it and I don’t want to worry about waking up every day during my pregnancy and worry about having to look cute or post something.”
Hadid confirmed she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Zayn Malik at the end of April (2020), revealing she had developed a craving for bagels: “I eat an everything bagel everyday,” she said.
