Fashion designer Ralph Lauren has been hit with a new lawsuit. An unidentified man has accused the business mogul of running him over in his vintage 1948 Jeep while conducting an interview with U.S. TV host Oprah Winfrey at his ranch in Colorado back in 2011.
The alleged victim, who worked for Winfrey’s company Harpo Productions, claims he was attaching a microphone to Lauren’s car when the 73 year old shifted the vehicle into reverse.
He is seeking a minimum of $50,000 (GBP31,250) in damages after reportedly suffering serious injuries, according to TMZ.com.
