British soap star Paula Lane celebrated New Year’s Eve (31Dec14) as a first time mother after giving birth to a baby boy. The Coronation Street actress confirmed on Twitter.com that she and her husband Tom Shaw had welcomed their baby to the world on the last day of 2014.
Lane’s departure from the British soap was aired on Christmas Day (25Dec14) as she is on maternity leave.
She writes, “Our world is complete – we finished off a momentous year with the arrival of our beautiful baby boy on NYE!!!!”
