Alan Thicke’s mother-in-law investigated in her husband’s death

Actor Alan Thicke’s mother-in-law and singer Robin Thicke’s grandma has been arrested in Bolivia following allegations she hired a hitman to kill her husband. Petrus Jacobus Gerardus Dekker, whose stepdaughter Tanya Callau is married to the former Growing Pains star, was reported missing on 28 March (13), and 10 days later his body was found with four bullet wounds to the chest and head near his Santa Cruz home.
A local worker, Richard Velasquez Terrazas, recently confessed to authorities the late farmer’s wife, Ruth Miriam Callau, paid him $4,000 (GBP2,500) to make Dekker disappear, so he contracted two men to kidnap and kill her husband, according to Anti-Crime Force Director Jhonny Requena.
Ruth Miriam, who has denied any involvement in her husband’s death, has since been taken into custody and charged as an accomplice to murder, reports Canadian publication Global News.
