Miley Cyrus pens heartbreaking letter to Liam Hemsworth

Pop superstar Miley Cyrus has reportedly written an emotional letter to her former fiance Liam Hemsworth to detail her heartbreak. The former Disney star began dating the actor after they met on the set of The Last Song in 2009 and they announced their engagement in June last year (12), but after months of speculation the pair split in September (13).
Following the news, the Wrecking Ball hitmaker claimed in an interview with U.S. TV host Ellen DeGeneres that she barely thinks about her ex, but according to a U.K. report the star has since penned a letter to her former beau.
A source tells The Sun newspaper, “As time has gone on and the anger subsided, Miley has really started to deal the pain of the split. She thought about writing some songs, but then decided why not write a letter to Liam to tell him exactly how she feels.
“Miley admitted to Liam she has pushed him away and said sorry for acting so mad… Miley says in her letter she still loves Liam deeply and has asked him to meet up. It could be for closure or it could be to start again, but she just wants to see him and talk things through.”
