Nick Gruber quizzed by police over nightclub brawl

Calvin Klein’s on/off boyfriend Nick Gruber has been questioned by police over allegations he was involved in a nightclub brawl last month (Jul13). The model was reportedly caught up in a clash with a fellow reveller at a bar in the Hamptons, New York on 20 July (13) and he was contacted by police last week (ends04Aug13) and asked to answer questions about the incident.
He attended East Hampton Police Station on Friday (02Aug13) and spoke to cops about what happened. He was not arrested.
Matt Rich, a spokesman for Gruber, tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, “Police… called me on Wednesday to say they wanted to interview Nick. He voluntarily… spoke with the police for an hour, it was a friendly conversation, and he was not arrested… He fully cooperated with all aspects of routine processing. He was given a desk appearance ticket to come back to tell his story with his witnesses on September 26… Of course he’ll continue to cooperate fully.”
Reports suggested another reveller was hospitalised after the alleged incident.
