The actor tells TMZ.com he’s planning a break to get completely clean.
He says, “I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web.”
It won’t be the first time Perry, who has battled substance abuse and a prescription pill addiction in the past, has checked into rehab – he sought treatment in 1997 and again in 2001.
