Australian actor Hugh Jackman, who shot to fame last year after starring as Wolverine in The X-Men, to the New York Daily News on his fans’ strange behavior:
“I noticed the (restaurant) manager approaching our table, all trembling. He suddenly tore off his shirt, and he had a Wolverine tattoo all over his back and chest. He told me that meeting me had made his millennium and I think he meant it, because he was bathed in sweat.”
“The Wolvie Women, they have their own Web site where they post their wolf-sex fantasies, all about howling during sex and clawing frantically. I’ve met a few of these ladies also, but fortunately I can tell them that I am a married man, and that seems to keep them at a distance.”
