The Top Gun star reached a divorce settlement with Holmes last Monday (09Jul12), just two weeks after the former Dawson’s Creek beauty filed papers to end their five-year marriage.
The couple’s six-year-old child has spent the last several days with her mum in New York as Cruise completed filming new movie Oblivion in California, but, on Tuesday, the actor jetted to Manhattan to spend some quality time with Suri and he was photographed scooping up his little girl while walking into his Big Apple hotel.
The pair was last pictured together almost exactly one month ago on his film set in Iceland on 16 June (12).
