Judas Priest committed to hit the road with Ozzy Osbourne in 2020

Judas Priest have pledged to rejoin Ozzy Osbourne when his postponed No More Tours II gets back on the road in 2020.
Ozzy was forced to postpone his 2019 tour dates after dislodging metal rods implanted in his neck and back after a 2003 all-terrain vehicle accident in a recent fall at home, and the announcement left his support act gig-less for much of this year.
But the members of Judas Priest aren’t bitter – and they are committed to open for Ozzy in 2020.
“We all wish Ozzy a really speedy recovery and hope he’s back to 100% health very soon,” a tweet from the British rockers reads. “the Ozzy/Judas Priest U.K./European leg will be rescheduled in 2020 and as soon as everything is in place we will be announcing the dates.”
Osbourne postponed the shows at the beginning of the month (Apr19) to focus on his recovery, telling fans: “I can’t believe I have to reschedule more tour dates. Words cannot express how frustrated, angry and depressed I am not to be able to tour right now.
“I’m grateful for the love and support I’m getting from my family, my band, friends and fans, it’s really what’s keeping me going. Just know that I am getting better every day… I will fully recover… I will finish my tour… I will be back!”
The rescheduled 2020 U.K. and European dates will be announced in the coming weeks. His U.S. dates will begin on 27 May (20) in Atlanta, Georgia.
