Ariana Grande is not here to spill the tea, and she’s definitely going to let you know about it.
In a recent interview with On Air, Ari let Ryan Seacrest totally have it when he started asking questions about her budding relationship with Mac Miller.
We were all elated when Ari shared a photo that looked like it was confirming her relationship to the rapper, so it’s understandable that Seacrest would want answers (that is his job, after all). After Seacrest pushed Grande to admit the post confirmed the pair’s relationship. she let him know she wasn’t going to buy in.
“Oh, is that what I did?”she said. “…It’s like, ‘Good morning, On Air with Ryan Seacrest.’ It’s too early for this kind of tea. It’s too early, man.”
Seacrest responded, “That’s what we do. If you post something – even in my life – if I post something, it becomes something.”
Nope. Ari is entitled to her privacy.
“If I post something, then that’s what I’m willing to share at the moment. That doesn’t mean that you, Ryan Seacrest, with millions of listeners, are entitled to more information,” she said.
As awkward as it was, Seacrest seemed to shake it off, but let that be a lesson! You don’t mess with Ariana’s privacy.
