Taylor Swift has been embroiled in a legal battle with former radio show host David Mueller. Swift claims the DJ grabbed her butt when she had to pose for a photo, and Mueller, who lost his job after the incident, says she’s lying.
The legal battles started when Swifty got Mueller fired from Denver’s KYGO for the infamous butt grab (you go girl!), and he decided to sue her for libel. Swift, being the boss she is, countersued him for sexual assault and battery.
Swifty, of course, wasn’t suing without evidence because she’s got her legal business on lock. There was an actual photo of the assault because it happened backstage at a meet and greet.
In a deposition about the photo, the 26-year-old singer recalled the incident with detail.
“[Mueller] reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo,” she said.
The 1989 singer filed a motion to keep the photograph and all evidence private due to its sensitive nature, but it was only a matter of time before the photo leaked. Because the photos might be triggering and are indeed sensitive, we’re going to link to it, rather than post it.

After viewing the image, we’re going to have to side with Swift on this one. Her smile is that of a person who is secretly dying inside. You can see the humiliation and anger in her face. Mueller also looks like he actually had to lean down to grab her. Disgusting.
We hope Taylor and her legal team sort this out ASAP.
