Former iCarly star MIRANDA COSGROVE has won a stalking battle with a creepy fan, who has been ordered to stay away from the actress for a decade.
Joshua Stockton was accused of violating a restraining order and following Cosgrove to Disneyland, where was arrested in February (15).
On Wednesday (06May15), he pleaded no contest to felony stalking and was handed three years of probation, according to TMZ.com.
He will also have to complete a one-year treatment programme, which will include psychiatric counselling.
Stockton has to stay away from Miranda for 10 years. If he fails to comply, he could face jail time.
