Stargate Atlantis star Joe Flanigan has separated from his wife after 17 years of marriage. Flanigan’s partner, actress Katherine Kousi, has filed for legal separation following the couple’s split in November (13).
Kousi filed documents in Los Angeles earlier this week (beg27Jan14), citing irreconcilable differences for the breakdown of the marriage.
The former couple shares three sons, aged from seven to 13.
Kousi has requested physical custody of the boys and she wants her estranged husband to pay her legal bills, according to TMZ.com.
